Talesia♡
Meaning: Form of Talise: Beautiful water (tah-lees—Creek, Native North American). In 1955, a six-year-old boy thought of the name for his new-born sister. He thought he had seen the word in National Geographic magazine. Today, Talesia thinks her brother probably saw “Indonesia” but could not articulate it. Later, on the Internet, Talesia searched for her name and found that it was listed on two sites: first, in the genealogy database for the British Royal Family (Talesia Sanchez, born between 1000 and 1117, came from a long line of kings and princes) and, second, in an online, role-playing fantasy game in which the fantasy people live on a planet named Talesia.
